Quick Start

Overview

The Global River Network Open Platform is an online data analysis and visualization platform for high-precision, structured digital river networks, jointly developed by Tsinghua University's Water Circle Science and Water Conservancy Engineering National Key Laboratory and Dongguan University of Technology's Engineering Software Key Laboratory. This platform is dedicated to providing comprehensive digital solutions for watershed hydrology, enabling the collection, storage, analysis, and visualization of river network data, and supporting the construction and development of the "Water Circle Metaverse."

Core Parameter System

River Index System

  • Spatial positioning index: Basin code, sub-basin code, river segment binary tree encoding length component, river segment binary tree encoding value component, hierarchy
  • Extended fields: Contains hydrological feature information of rivers and river boundaries

Basin Index System

  • Main index fields: Basin code, sub-basin code, hierarchy
  • Extended fields: Contains geographical feature information of basins

Other Water Conservancy Facilities Index

  • Identification fields: Water conservancy facility type, water conservancy facility number
  • Association rules: Establishes many-to-one mapping relationships with river entities
